Since 2005, we have been supporting companies in meeting legal requirements relating to the sale of their electrical products. Back then Bitkom Compliance Solutions with the „weee full-service“ emerged from the WEEE Guarantee System „Garantiesystem Altgeräte“. Behind Bitkom Compliance Solutions stands a small but fine international team of Bitkom Servicegesellschaft.
We now have many years of experience in working together with the national register for waste electrical equipment, stiftung ear. More than 3.500 companies worldwide already benefit from our know-how – ranging from sole proprietor and small or medium enterprises to global players and market places.

Our WEEE Guarantee System has existed ever since the ElektroG came into force in 2005 which means, it is the oldest guarantee system on the market. By having established a second recognized guarantee system we are able to offer our customers lower premiums. Our responsibility – win-win for climate protection
With our service we contribute to the circular economy. By recycling old electrical equipment, resources of rare earths, minerals and metals are conserved. Registered companies also finance e-waste take-back systems for consumers, thus preventing the e-waste from being disposed of illegally in nature or in landfills in developing countries.
