Since 2005, we have been supporting companies in complying with legal requirements related to the sale of their electrical and electronic products. At that time, the "Garantiesystem Altgeräte" was established, which later developed into the "weee full-service." In 2023, we rebranded as Bitkom Compliance Solutions. Behind this name stands a small but highly dedicated international team from Bitkom Servicegesellschaft. Learn more about our anniversary!

Our "Garantiesystem Altgeräte" was established in 2005 with the entry into force of the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), making it the first guarantee system on the market. Through a second guarantee system, also recognized by stiftung ear, we can offer our clients favorable contribution rates. Our extensive partner network allows us to create tailored and cost-efficient solutions.
