To register as a manufacturer of electrical or electronic products in Germany, you must provide an insolvency-proof guarantee. This guarantee ensures that products already sold can be properly disposed of—even if the manufacturer is no longer active in the market at that time. Without this guarantee, registration for B2C or dual-use equipment will be granted.
