One year before the Open Scope system is launched: stiftung ear has published information about its consequences

Today, a range of information was published on the stiftung ear website concerning the changes being implemented in 2018. The assignment of electric and electronic equipment to the different categories will change under the revised version of the ElektroG. Details are available here. The site also includes the announced transfer simulation, which allows you to simulate switching your company’s existing registrations for its electrical and electronic equipment. A year from today, the system will be switched to the six new categories.
