Service for electronic devices: Up-to-date proof of guarantee required for 2019
Every year, stiftung EAR requires companies that sell electronic equipment in the B2C sector to provide a valid guarantee for their WEEE-Registration in Germany. The guarantees for 2019 can be now submitted in the EAR-Portal. If this guarantee is not updated, the ElektroG prohibits the sale of the company’s products.
Information for our customers:
If you are still in need of an up-to-date guarantee for 2019, please send us an estimate of the volume of electrical and electronic equipment you expect to sell in 2019 (so-called planned quantities). You can simply send us an email. The necessary documents are in our downlaod area. Attention: Only the new product categories apply!
